Send us Your Addresses
We have sent out close to 70 Christmas cards in 2019 but have lost many addresses over the years. If you would like one - or simply know someone who would be cheered to receive mail at this time of year, let us know. At this point it may arrive late, but it will be sent all the same, and no card is expected in return.

Christmas Card
To all: your Christmas cards have been received with thanks and appreciation. But barring a miracle Team Slap won't be sending out our annual card for the first time this century. Time just got away from us. Don't cross us off your list -- we'll be back next year. :)

The Season Has Begun!
Today we received our first Christmas Card of the season, courtesy of Sybil W! Just an hour before that Lisa and I were discussing the very thing! Thank you Sybil!

Our 2013 Christmas Card Photo Shoot
On Black Friday 2013 (November 29th, if I remember correctly) #TeamSlap headed to a nearby park to take the photo that would grace our annual Christmas card. The idea was simple but neat: form a pyramid with the lil' ones at the top. A friend and her daughter took the photo for us.
Now, while we were happy with the shot and used it over the holiday, I regretted that it wasn't of sufficient quality to become *the* #TeamSlap photo, which can be blamed on unfamiliarity with the camera. If we ever get the opportunity again - before the kiddos are too big for my old bones to support the pyramid - I'd like to take it again. :)

Christmas Card Time!
Addresses, addresses, I need your addresses! Please...my new phone has no addresses saved from the old one. If you normally get a team slap xmas card, then please private message me your address. If you don't normally, and would like to start receiving the coveted "most awesome family ever" xmas card, then PM your address as well!!! Basically, you don't send your address, you could be crying over the loss later :) Lisa

Our First Christmas Card of the Season
We received our first Christmas card of the year (!), from a blog reader in Great Britain. She wrote that she was sending it on what her post office claimed was the "last possible" date for overseas mail to arrive by Christmas, but acknowledged they were probably full of it. I guess mail service employees are the same the world over, eh?
