My sleep this week

Exhaustion

I am utterly exhausted. I had 8 hours of sleep last night and feel like I had 8 minutes.

I'm irrationally annoyed that Lisa let me sleep in. Yeah, I've been running on 3-5 hours of sleep all week and she was being nice, but now half my day off is gone.

Now apparently my sleeping problems are negatively affecting my teeth. Me and an apnea mask have a date to meet this year and I hate the idea! Feeling like I have no choice anymore :( -Lisa

 Total sleep on Thursday: 2 hr 45 min. Total sleep so far today: Zip. This is gonna hurt.

Yikes, these nightmares are getting out of hand. Some of it was the typical "makes no sense in the light of day" variety, but part of the 'plot' was my hunt for a killer who then got the jump on me. In order for him to spare my family I had to cut off the fingers on my right hand with a pen knife. I woke up with my hand hurting, which was either the cause or effect of the dream. I am, apparently, going nuts.

A Rough Night

For no good reason I was up until 5 a.m., then woke up for good at 9:30. It is now just shy of 1 p.m., and I am already a right mean ba**ard. It's gonna be a doozy of a day.
