As if 2021 isn't ending rough enough,  Tiffani Hale, of The Mickey Mouse Club and The Party, has died at age 46. RIP.

Got a dog, his name is Huckleberry! He loves to steal food and go on walks.  Lost Custard the cat. RIP Baby Girl. We had a wonderful few years with her.

Dan & Lisa

Both Dan & Lisa have had a busy year.  They celebrated their 25th anniversary in Las Vegas, a long overdue trip that they enjoyed very much. Dan finally shaved his hair, and Melissa treated herself to trendy haircuts and microbladed brows.

Daddy's on Bluemound

My wife and I were lucky enough to enjoy both breakfast and lunch at Daddy's on Bluemound yesterday. The breakfast platters are affordable, tasted wonderful and are very large (we split a breakfast and were full - and I'm a big boy.) For lunch the BLT was ok but nothing special, but the catfish - breaded with cornmeal and served with fries - my oh my, I'd order that as my last meal on Earth.

A Possible Delay

 Well...surgery may be delayed because my pre-op tests went poorly. It's going to come down to the wire. I'll know mid Tuesday if I'm having surgery Wednesday. But...here's the wolf cut after pic! - Lisa

Flat Chested with a Mullet????

I've agreed to a free haircut on Thursday of this week. A "wolf cut". Then the following Wednesday a surgeon takes my breasts down 8 sizes. So by Thursday of next week I'll be flat chested with a mullet...but it's got a cool new name for a mullet so it's gonna be all good right? RIGHT? These before and after pics are gonna be something else lol -  Lisa

My Thoughts - Bail and the Waukesha Parade Tragedy

Unpopular opinion: the tragedy in Waukesha isn't a reason to scrap bail reform, nor is it an excuse to add (yet another) law on the books because it makes us feel like we did something, anything, to address the evil. 

The alleged killer had been accused of a violent act and had a history of not showing up for court dates - the system AS IS should have prevented his low bail.  It was human, not systematic,  error.

He's from the wrong party (from my POV) but the DA is right: we don't need NON- violent defendants languishing in jail,  unable to make bail.

Bob Ceplina

We just found out that Bob Ceplina, our old landlord from  '04 to early 2007 (and Grandpa to Lisa's friend) passed away.  He was a great guy, and the world is a poorer place without him. RIP
