Political Buttons

These just arrived, but I've already contacted the seller, since some of them are in such pristine shape I fear they are reproductions.

Rummage O Rama

I went to Rummage O Ramat just to purchase a butterfly case to display my political button collection. Here's the finished product. The earliest button I have is from the 1936 Presidential election.

This is a huge 4 by 4 foot display of political buttons a dealer tried to sell me for $200.

Found at Value Village tonight: optical USB mouse $2.50. Dress pants, new, in my size (!) $2 Suit coat, dress shirt, dress shoes for Parker: $6 1970's pictorial bio of Jimmy Carter: 50 cents 2 kids books for Lauren: a quarter each. Sweatshirt for LK: $2. OTOH, the cost of a 1/2" Mondale-Ferraro button was an outrageous $2, and I refused to pay the price. Haughty ba*tards.
