The Girls Learn to Drive Stick Shift

So I taught both the oldest girls how to drive stick today. I may have aged 10 years, but no one cried! That goes down as a WIN! We may or may not have agitated a few other drivers and gotten beeped at a few times. Honestly It’s always shocking how impatient some drivers are. How did they know we weren’t having mechanical issues? Love you YaYa and LuLu, I promise driving stick IS fun, lol. So proud of you guys! 🚙🥰 - Lisa

Driving with YaYa

I drove solo with YaYa last night. She did fine, but I am not constitutionally suited to driving with any student driver: this fact is so well known that YaYa  actually complimented my performance at the end of the ride, instead of the other way around! 😂

LuLu is ecstatic that I let her 'drive' the van home from the park.

Not quite. She rode shotgun with her hand on the wheel w/ mine, and yes, when it came to our alley I let her complete the turn and guide it onto our property.

Doesn't matter; the first thing she did when she got into the house was taunt YaYa with "I got to drive before you-oo-ou".
