School Bus Accident

YaYa's school bus was hit by a car on the way home. She's OK. Word is the car hit the bus then still had enough speed to hit another car, then careen into an empty grass lot. That's the second bus accident she's been in, the first happening years ago during her time in STAA.

4X this school year my oldest three have been late for school because Junie's bus can't make up its mind if it wants to be 10 min early or 20 min late for the scheduled pickup. %$%#

A change of heart after the bus ride home

OMG, so cute....took a nap and Dan didn't wake me for this [her return]?! Oh well, at least I have this awesome pic. She's at Fernwood for K-3 and then most likely will go to the girls (and now Smiley's) school. -Lisa

The Vomiting Bus Passenger

Worked all day, didn't even know the outcome of the SB until minutes ago. Congrats N.O.!

Meanwhile, my Dad took YaYa rollerskating. On the bus trip back a drunk woman got on, stumbled, fell, and then began vomiting blood. The bus was evac'd by police and they stood in the cold for an hour until a replacement bus arrived.
