Just a big shout out to YaYa for helping me. I was cleaning my desk and computer. The Monitor was turned off but the computer was on. Anyway, after cleaning the key board I turned the monitor on (desk top) and it (Picture) was up side down. Miss YaYa informed me what to do. And, it worked. Love my grand kids...The clean my house, and now fix my computer. Thanks... Grandma Jeanne
