When Gov. Jim Doyle announced his retirement a few days ago, he jokingly promised he wouldn't rescind his decision and pull a "Brett Favre".

Well I wouldn't use "Rot in Hell" but I do think it is about as low as you can go for anyone with any character....He is only for himself, money and that is all, no respect for the game or the people who follow him.
